General terms and conditions
15 days before the start of the first booked service, you will be charged a penalty corresponding to 10% of the total cost of the excursions requested.
14 to 7 days before the start of the first booked service, you will be charged a penalty corresponding to 25% of the total of the excursions requested.
6 to 1 day before the start of the first booked service, you will be charged a penalty corresponding to 50% of the total cost of the excursions requested.
Cancellations after the first day of service will not be refunded. .
Modifications
Any changes to the itinerary during or before the start of the program must be managed directly via email or WhatsApp.
Depending on availability, LAE may make route changes, even if the service has already started, taking into account climatic factors, Park openings and their availability.
Cancellation of tours previewed at the start by LAE
Previous events include arena storms, windstorms, park rocks, snow storms, rain, electric storms, motorcycles, volcanic activity, aluviones, mountain descents, camino routes, river crecidas, among others that impede the normal descent from the activity. LAE will offer an alternative to the initial excursion, which does not wish to be summed up as this new proposition will result in the devolution of 100% of the value of the tour.

Previous events such as arena storms, windstorms, park slopes, snow storms, rain, electric storms, motorcycles, volcanic activity, aluviones, mountain descents, camino routes, river crecidas, among others that do not allow the continuation of the excursion. We do not wish to devoluciones, considering that these events may occur and may be affected by unexpected circumstances during the departure of the excursion. LAE will offer an alternative to the excursion on the course, considering a mutual decision for all participants. Here we present first the security of all, on the contrary the vehicle will be regressed to the hospitals of every passenger.
